Vi skickar våra paket via Postnord som levereras i din brevlåda eller till ett ombud nära dig. Postnord lämnar en avi i din brevlåda om beställning ej kan levereras p.g.a. storlek.
Ångerrätt
Ingen affär är avslutad förrän du fått och godkänt dina varor. Därför har du 30 dagar ångerfrist på allt från och med leveransdatum. Du ska vara helt nöjd, annars får du pengarna tillbaka! Givetvis gäller inte ångerrätten om varan varit använd. När vi fått tillbaka varan och konstaterat att den inte är skadad betalar vi inom 10 dagar tillbaka det belopp du betalat.

Credit Card Payment
We accept MasterCard and Visa cards. The money is transferred from your account when placing an order. Transactions are securely handled by PayPal and works internationally.
Shipping and delivery
Worldwide shipping is free with all purchases. Jewelry is carefully packed in a paper box with foam bottom and put in a padded envelope. Your items are sent by first class registered mail handled by the Swedish postal service (Posten). We ship your order as soon as possible, usually within a week. If, for some reason (i.g. the item is out of stock), we cannot live up to this you will be notified by e-mail and asked how you would like to proceed with your order.
Please contact us if you suspect that your order has been unreasonably delayed.
If a product should not meet your expectations based on the description in the web shop, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our return policy. The same goes for damaged goods. When returning damaged goods, please attach a description of what you consider wrong with the product.
Currency
Rates are quoted and paid in Swedish kronor. Approximate prices are also displayed in US dollar via the web shop.
Return policy
Your order may be cancelled within two weeks after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within two weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
You cancel an order by contacting us by mail or by e-mail (see our contact page). A cancellation should include your name, your e-mail address and the item number (Stock Keeping Unit, SKU).
Local sales tax and customs
Local sales tax and customs may apply. You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you since this is beyond our control. Customs policies vary widely and if you are uncertain you should contact your local customs office.
